We do our best to keep our customers happy.  If you need some information on How to care for your balloons to keep them looking great, please ask.

At Balloonies, we take pride in providing high-quality balloons and party products.  Because balloons are fragile, time-sensitive, and affected by handling, temperature and environmental conditions, we can not accept returns or exchanges on balloons once they have left our store or been delivered.  

This includes:

Latex balloons

Foil/Mylar ballioons

Custom balloon arrangements

Balloon bouquets and decor

Inflated or uninflated balloons

Non-balloon merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase provided:

The item is unused and in original condition 

Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds, if approved will be issued  to the original form of payment.

All balloon sales are final.
