We obtained ownership of Balloonies in 1993 along with a partner, as the business grew, so did our partners family. The decision was made for her to move to Texas and expand the brand there.  

Chalrie and Lisa remained in Tampa and have run the family owned and opporatbusiness soley since 1998.  Over the years the bussiness has transformed to a brick and mortar store in the heart of Carrollwood where we look forward to filling the void in the market left behind when Party City Closed in 2025.
